Awarded to Bulgarian and Foreign civilians and associations for success in the development of the national economy or the state or public/scientific/cultural services of the country. There are five variations of this award. This variation is the 1970-74 variation issued in original box of issue & is smooth backed with the enamelled facia in good condition. These "cold war" medals are becoming more collectable as time goes on & this medal is in original box of issue !
