Northern Ireland Fire Authority was born in 1950 when the majority of Northern Ireland Fire Brigades amalgamated into one brigade, all bar Belfast Fire Brigade which maintained a seperate brigade for the capital city. Having 46 stations covering 5,215 miles of area This Cap Badge is in excellent original condition. The standard enamel centre showing the red hand of Ulster fixed to the standard fully pressed Home Office star & both cap fixing lugs intact the rear.
