An immaculate condition Soviet Russian Air Force officers Hat size 59 used from 1975 to 1991. The main change from the 1969 version is the gold filigree cords across the band of the cap where previously to 1975 it had a plastic chin strap. These plastic peaked hats replaced the black fibre board laquered visor hats & became standard issue after 1985 dating this one in use between 1985 to 1991.
