A large brass button in great condition worn by Officers Training Corps at Bromsgrove School in Worcestershire. Founded in 1553 although having earlier roots to 1476 when it started life as a Chantry School it is one of the U.K's oldest schools.

Nicknamed "Old Bromsgrovians" 5 past pupils have been awarded The Victoria Cross ( V.C ) for actions in the face of the enemy. A photograph dated 1910 shows that years officer candidates in a group.
