A standard pattern generic brass fireman's helmet complete with original draw string liner ( missing the string ) & chin scales strap which is missing the leather. Overall good condition with usual service minor dents, no attempt has been made to clean or attend the condition of this early piece of British fire brigade headwear from the Victorian / Edwardian era. Condition is average & would grace any collection because of its age & stature within British firefighting history of an iconic brass fireman's helmet.
