An original Greater Manchester County Fire Service 3rd pattern cap badge worn from the period 1985 to 2000 when replaced by Greater Manchester Fire & Rescue Service. The cap badge is in excellent condition manufactured by JR Gaunt Badge Company of Birmingham, the enamel centre fixed to the standard economy issue, lined Home Office star, both cap fixing lugs intact to the rear of the badge.
