Hampshire Fire Brigade formed in 1974 changing title from Hampshire Fire Service & has 54 fire stations covering 149 square miles of area. Lasting until 1993 when the title changed to Hampshire Fire & Rescue Service. 
This Hampshire Fire Brigade cap badge is the dark blue variation with the enamel centre fixed to the standard lined economy issue Home Office star,  there is only one cap fixing lug attached to the rear of the badge
