This Kent Fire Brigade cap badge from 1948 to 1974 with a grey scroll is in good condition overall, the patina to the front of the badge is excellent, no chips to the enamel & is the "closed hooves" variation. Set on the specialised Kent Fire Brigade Home Office star, there are 2 cap fixing lugs to the rear of the cap badge, however one original lug at some point has been lost & a replacement lug fixed in place.
