Liverppol & Bootle Constabulary was formed in 1967 & lasted until 1974 when the police force merged into Merseryside Conbstabulary.
In use for only 7 years this is an excellent mint condition example unissued & has the slider cap fixing attachment to the rear of the one piece Q.C ( Queen Elizabeth 2nd St Edwards Coronet ) cap badge & the manufacturers stamp mark J.R Gaunt & Sons Birmingham.
