The London L.C.C Fire Brigade came into being in 1904 after changing its title from the London Metropolitan Fire Brigade ( 1866 to 1904 ). 
This water based helmet transfer is a copy of the pre 1939 era London L.C.C Fire Brigade badge in force from 1904 to 1941.
It is applied by soaking in water & applying to the helmet front via a soft towel, dabbing it gently once in place !
