Norfolk Fire Service formed in 1948 & continued until 2000 changing its title to Norfolk Fire & Rescue Service. In 1983 the cap badge design changed to the standard Norfolk Fire Service coat of arms  metal enamel badge, the same badge attached to this FAKE manufactured Senior Officers cap badge An original Norfolk Senior Officer FACTORY SAMPLE  badge of which only 2 exist !! If anyone else has an original London Badge & Button manufactured Norfolk Fire Service metal Senior Officers cap badge, i will re write this accurate description.
Norfolk Fire Service Senior Officers DID NOT wear an officers wreath metal cap badge on their senior officer caps. They wore BULLION cap badges !!
This fake cap badge has had a normal Norfolk Fire Service 1983 to 2000 cap badge GLUED onto a standard reproduction Mike Trueman Badges of Birmingham standard lined economy pressed Home Office star & spot welded to an standard fire brigade senior officers blank wreath cap badge. The original London Badge & Button Company FACTORY SAMPLE is shown in this same English Fire Brigade cap badge section marked at £300.  A photo of the rears of the 2 known originals is also included.
This badge is a good FAKE cap badge as only an expert would know the difference.
