The regimental sergeant majors of each army regiment & corps wear these R.S.M badges on the sleeves of their No 2 dress uniforms. The colour of the piping ( surround ) denotes which regiment or corps they belong to. This badge is issued to all R.S.M's of the Royal Engineers, Royal Electrical & Mechanical Engineers & Royal Signal Corps. It denotes a blue piping & is in used but good condition
