A very nice county borough Special Constable cap badge from the small Southend On Sea Constabulary in very nice condition, these smaller county borough enameled cap badges of the WW2 era are harder to find, much more so than the county forces of the period. 

This badge has perfect enamel & bears the makers mark to the rear of Fattorini & Sons (Thomas Fattorini badge makers of Bradford Works in Birmingham), the rear fixing lugs are complete & undamaged. 

A nice badge of a smaller county borough force getting ever harder to obtain!
