The License & Weights section of the Texas State Police is -part of the Department & Public Safety which polices Texas roads for crime & traffic offences. With early roots dating back to the founding of The Texas Rangers who celebrated their 150th anniversary in 1973 is one of the worlds oldest & most famous law enforcement agencies. The Texas Rangers became part of the Department Of Public Safety in 1935. This cloth badge is in excellent condition.
