A very nice collectors pin badge for the 2001/2 Volvo around the world yacht race.

We can relate to this because one year the winning team of the 2004 race were staying at The Old Mill House which shares a driveway with us in Old Bedhampton near Portsmouth! 

We enjoyed the whole month with them, gaining many privilages including helping prepare THE YACHT…(O.M.G) Millions of yacht to a fantastic experience on board & they left us with a lot of “gifts”. The crew went on to win the race that year starting out in Portsmouth & we will never forget the lovely crew & the “Aussie” skipper!
